Responsibility
- create detailed 2D CAD drawings for kitchen designs, incorporating client specifications and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- collaborate with our designers and our production team to translate kitchen concepts into precise CAD designs
- provide accurate measurements, layouts, and detailed schematics for kitchen installations and cabinetry
- utilise CAD software to develop custom solutions for kitchens, including cabinetry, countertops, and appliance layouts
- revise designs based on client feedback, and ensure timely delivery of final drawings
- work closely with sales teams to present detailed drawings to clients and provide technical guidance
- convert CAD drawings into CNC-ready programs and transfer them to the CNC machine for production
Requirements
- proficiency in AutoCAD and CNC programming for kitchen design
- strong understanding of CNC machining processes, including cutting, routing, and drilling for cabinetry and kitchen components
- experience with converting CAD drawings into CNC-compatible files
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in CAD design, with a strong preference for kitchen design
- proficiency in AutoCAD Software. such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms
- attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy in design and programming
- knowledge of woodworking materials and CNC equipment used in kitchen manufacturing
- ability to work closely with production teams and communicate technical requirements effectively
