- baby Room Leader
- our vibrant, “outstanding” and successful nursery requires a baby room leader to cover maternity leave
- the nursery is conveniently located in a residential area, close to transport facilities and local amenities
- to include and maintain high standards of care and education
- to work effectively within the staff team, providing day to day support in the baby room
- provide stimulating and exciting activities for young children
- to implement effective parent liaison and to be influential in developing strong links with parents
- this is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, experienced, enthusiastic practitioner, who is able to manage a small team, you should possess great communication skills and have a calm, approachable nature
Requirements
- must have a Level 3 in Childcare
- excellent knowledge of the EYFS
- knowledge of OFSTED standards
- good time management skills
- excellent communication skills
- working knowledge of key working practice, including observations and record keeping
