we are based in Oxted with approximately 75 staff and look after residential properties in London and the home counties
registering invoices and credit notes in system
management of utility invoices and credit notes
posting invoices and credit notes and ensuring they’re coded correctly in the system
at Hamways we look for hard working and skilled individuals who are committed to providing the best service to our residents, working within a friendly, open and honest culture
settling direct debit purchase ledger payments
investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
managing Agent / Service Charge Accounts: 1 year
managing Agent / Property Management: 1 year
accounts payable: 3 years
