Responsibility
- liaising with the MD to understand targets for sales, revenues, exchanges and legal completions with a thirst to exceed these
- creating, implementing and managing the marketing strategy with experience of marketing tools and techniques
- thorough understanding of our bespoke Customer design and upgrade procedures
- understand and use of our specialist Eque2 HouseBuilder Sales software
- to be the first point of contact to customers and be able to provide a professional service with the aim of achieving sales and financial targets
- fully demonstrating the Show Homes at every opportunity including a detailed explanation of specifications
- manage the whole sales process from enquiry to handover and then point of contact for 6- month snag reporting liaising with the maintenance team
- maintaining a high standard of Marketing Suite and Show Property presentation
Requirements
- previous experience of working in a new build house sale environment
- NAEA qualification an advantage but not essential
- A thorough understanding of the principals of marketing in a customer-driven environment
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- strong numeracy skills
- knowledge of correct legal terminology used in home purchases
- knowledge of all financial aspects surrounding home purchases
- commitment to delivering a first-class customer service
