Responsibility

  • assist in achieving targets across all registers and contacts to reach trajectory as collectively agreed
  • understanding and managing dashboards
  • work alongside GP’s to ensure robust recall processes are in place
  • review clinical reports relating to payments and missing data taking appropriate action
  • recall patients, organise appointments
  • sending Questionnaires, Floreys and templates to patients via Accurx
  • coordinating with other primary and secondary healthcare services as appropriate
  • be involved in identifying creating and running ad-hoc searches that are not compiled by external means, assessing and analysing questionnaires, reports and spreadsheets and taking appropriate actions
