Responsibility

  • this includes building and maintaining high end gaming PC’s and related equipment
  • assist capture staff with a variety of tasks including administrative, technical support, and analysis of builds
  • maintain familiarity with active and recurring projects in the department
  • demonstrate ability to capture assist on active projects in a limited, as-needed capacity
  • as requested, explore available tools and functionality in game builds
  • as required, help set up and maintain additional non-capture related equipment at the office, including but not limited to laptops, editing suites, and more specialist equipment
  • work with capture department to observe and identify inefficiencies and ideate creative solutions
  • work with the US IT team closely to ensure all equipment is operating to the same spec globally, and that the two studio’s can collaborate smoothly

Requirements

  • 1-2 years IT or help desk experience
  • knowledge of mac & windows operating systems
  • passion and knowledge of the latest gaming technology
  • experience in game capture at an agency or publisher a huge plus
  • experience creating detailed documentation
