HALTON CREDIT UNION is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • the daily operations of the branch including opening and closing procedures
  • the management of branch staff and delegation of duties
  • providing the Board of Trustees with operational and financial information in a timely manner to support their decision making
  • implementing high standards of customer care, dealing with all our members with care and compassion
  • liaising with HCU’s Credit Control Manager, to provide a robust credit control service for the branch
  • liaising with relevant third parties to ensure the maintenance and management of the branch building
  • working with HCU’s Health and Safety Officer to ensure the branch remains safe and complies with relevant Health and Safety legislation
  • ensuring compliance with HCU Policies and standards including Data Protection Policies, Anti- Money Laundering Policies and HCU’s Code of Conduct and Fitness and Propriety Standards
