Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in childcare with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • cleared DBS and on the Update Service
  • excellent communication skills
  • good eye for detail in ensuring all nursery policies are maintained and updated where appropriate
  • outstanding knowledge and understanding of EYFS
  • experience of carrying out observations and conducting two-year-old checks
  • clear understanding of all relevant Safeguarding and Health and Safety Legislation
  • work collaboratively with the nursery team and the nursery manager ensuring a high level of service for each child
