  • the materials you use usually depend on the client or the construction manager
  • as a plasterer, you will work indoors and outdoors, depending on the project
  • A plasterer is a skilled tradesperson who specialises in mixing plaster for interior and exterior walls to cover exposed surfaces of a building

  • proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role
  • knowledge of different types of plastering techniques and materials
  • ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
  • strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
  • excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • plastering: 1 year
