Responsibility
- to support teachers and pupils in the classroom and support with school events as required
- under the direction of Network Manager, to implement change requests
- under the direction of Network Manager, to ensure compliance with backup, anti-virus and other security provisions
- keeping the computer room tidy / check ICT bookings
- provide first line technical support, responding to users’ helpdesk requests in a timely and effective manner to minimise any disruption to teaching, learning or administration
- to ensure the iPads are in working order and report any issues to the Network Manager
- supervise the use of printers and replenishing toners as required
- to ensure sensible use of equipment such as computers, printers, scanners and adherence to the School’s policies in this respect
