Responsibility

  • you will be working closely with our existing accounts team members, working on the Purchase Ledger
  • J.G Hale Construction Limited is a multi-award-winning Company delivering major construction projects for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and the private building market
  • we have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Clerk to join our busy accounts team, reporting to the Company Accountant and Financial Director
  • input invoices and credit notes onto accounts package whilst ensuring accuracy
  • support the wider accounts team

Requirements

  • previous Purchase Ledger experience
  • can do attitude
  • previous experience of using accounts packages, Advanced Exchequer and SAGE are desirable but not essential
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • good numeracy skills
  • good attention to detail
