- we require a time served Joiner to add to our team who can develop into a management level working on various sites within the central belt
- we are looking for someone trustworthy, hardworking and who can conduct themselves in a professional manner along with sharing our companies core values
- you must be confident in first fix & second fix joinery, reading drawings and mentoring apprentices. Full training will be provided for supervision/management qualifications and career progression
- we specialise in one off new builds, extensions, renovations & have won the Federation of Master Builders Building Company of the year twice in a row
- we run an employee of the month awards bonus scheme along with team building activities every 3 months to ensure the team are recognised for there achievements and contributions
