- consists of 3 spacious airy, air-conditioned treatment rooms, small office, Kitchen, Cloakrooms, open-area reception space, separate access from the high street and is available for immediate rental
- would suit treatments such as Ear/body piercing, Eyelash extensions, Brow Laminations, Botox/fillers, derma-planning, Spray tans Tattooists, Reflexologists, Osteopathy, Physiotherapists, Acupuncture, Hypnotherapy, Podiatry, Teeth-Whitening, Herbalists, and any other treatments that do not conflict with halcyon Days Skincare on the ground floor
- there is another area available on the 1st floor with separate access with the same facilities with separate reception office, treatment room, Kitchen, cloak rooms, large open-plan area that could be divided into treatment areas. £300/week plus vat
