- approves the requisition of products and other necessary food supplies
- to produce quality food to menu specifications as required
- ensures that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times
Requirements
- previous relevant experience in similar roles in a Lebanese or Eastern Mediterranean Restaurant
- strong culinary background
- good communication skills & strong interpersonal skills
- strong ability to teach, train and enforce brand and company standards
- strong ability to drive sales and motivate teams
- leadership Skills
- basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
