Responsibility

  • arranging property inspections with tenants
  • carrying out property inspections and producing detailed reports for clients
  • actioning any resulting or incoming maintenance issues
  • liaising with contractors regarding maintenance issues
  • producing work orders for contractors
  • carrying out exit inspections and making recommendations for the return of the deposit and any works required prior to re-marketing
  • overseeing property refurbishments and keeping clients up to date on progress
  • inspecting works prior to signing off

Requirements

  • methodical and organised approach to work
  • customer orientated
  • good telephone manner
  • clean UK driving licence
  • previous experience relating to Property Management is essential
