Responsibility

  • the Office Admin role comprises the people management and the responsibility for the efficient operations of the office and manufacturing function
  • the role will be based in the company's manufacturing facility in West Drayton, Middlesex
  • the Office Admin role comprises day to day office tasks i.e. processing Purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, other documentation, answering telephone etc

Requirements

  • minimum of 2-3 years of experience
  • support the day-to-day office management of sales order and purchase order processing
  • liaising with suppliers to schedule deliveries
