- initially, this will be for 2 days a week, but there may be the opportunity to increase this in the future
- we are looking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about supporting the care of people living with complex health issues in their own home. This position is overseeing the planning of care their clients receive in their own homes
- this job will involve working with the registered manager to support her in how the care is planned, as well as visiting and assessing clients in their homes, and observing care delivery to assess for competencies
