Responsibility

  • working with the wider marketing team to create marketing and communications campaigns and support new qualification launches
  • to maintain, develop and continually improve Haddon Training’s social media platforms, creating content and writing social media copy
  • creating web content, helping to keep the Haddon Training website accurate and up to date
  • to contribute to the maintenance of the company’s HubSpot CRM system, and manage the sending of e-communications through that platform
  • to develop written and video case studies and blogs and collate testimonials to utilise in promoting work to existing/potential customers
  • to contribute to the internal communication plan ensuring we have consistent brand representation across the Group
  • to contribute to event planning
  • where needed, support marketing and communications activities and teams across the wider Educ8 Training Group

Responsibility

  • work with FS tutors and the broader delivery team, implement and monitor individual support/learning plans

  • provide regular updates on learner progress
  • provide advice, guidance to Trainer/Coaches on supporting pupils
  • keep up to date with national and local policies related to SEN and cascade information to colleagues
  • delivery of Maths, English and ALS throughout the business
  • support field-based teams and Area Managers to secure a 75% pass first time rate in all Functional Skills at Level 2
