- you will be responsible for providing quality support to improve the life of the service user and her family
- specific training will be provided
- an exciting opportunity has arisen for a support worker to assist a young lady with complex needs who lives at home in the Stoke on Trent area. In return, we offer a highly competitive hourly rate and ongoing training
- the required support worker will need to display a high level of initiative and as a lone worker follow a structured routine
Requirements
- monday to Friday 7.00am – 8.00am and 7.00pm to 8.00pm
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- one Saturday per month 10.00am-5.00pm
- sound understanding of good care principles
- excellent communication skills
- home care: 1 year
