- use all chemicals and consumables in accordance with COSHH
- comply with standard instruction of cleaning required for areas
- use the appropriate work equipment and PPE provided
- clean and disinfect walls, ceilings and hard to reach places at regular intervals
- collect and appropriate disposal of waste
- clean and maintain waste bins
- refill and replace consumables
- ensure all utensils including small wares are washed, rinsed, sanitized, and stored properly after use. Confirm no build of dirty utensils
Requirements
- minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning ideally in food manufacturing environment
- ability to work unsupervised and maintain a high level of performance
- knowledge and understanding of COSHH and chemical handling
- effective time management
- demonstrates a passion for cleanliness
- good communication skills and willingness to work as team
- level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene
