Responsibility
develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation with inputs from and collaboration across finance, sales & marketing, and customer success
collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and ensure seamless revenue operations
develop and maintain ARR and revenue forecasting models, providing regular updates to HTB’s senior management
monitor and optimize pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market and maximize profitability
build a thorough understanding of all areas of the business - product, GTM strategy , finance, and operations - serving as a force multiplier and increasing overall organizational effectiveness
evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and tools used in the revenue operations process
support HTB’s senior management in preparation for presentations, board meetings, and other external meetings
analyze quantitative data and identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks to inform decision-making with the key goal to continuously enhance new logo customer acquisition and existing customer gross and net retention
Requirements
bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct analysis, summarize and present complex topics and actionable insights effectively to diverse audiences
proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques
experience with CRM, ERP, billing, and revenue management software
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
A highly detail-oriented and organized approach to work, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations, finance/sales, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS organization involving stakeholder management and project management & execution
