  • maintain a weekly reconciliation of liability for Advisers who have resigned their position and calculate changes for Commission payments where necessary

Responsibility

  • you will be responsible for creating, developing and maintaining the company Health and Safety policy and updating this where appropriate
  • you will be required to implement and embed any legislative changes into the company Health and Safety policy to ensure that the company is fully compliant and adhering to the minimum Health and Safety requirements
  • you are required to remain informed of any changes to Health and Safety Law and Legislation, informing Senior Directors of such changes and ensuring that all changes are reflected in the company policy and communicated to the wider business
  • you will create and deliver the company Health and Safety training program in order to outline safe operational procedures required across the business
  • you will review all accident and incident reports; including trips, falls and 3rd party injuries. Ensuring that the relevant investigation and assessments have been carried out in a timely manner and escalated where appropriate
  • you will ensure that all required PAT tests are completed in a timely manner and by the relevant person
  • you will produce weekly and monthly reports in order to detect incident trends and hazards; and provide recommendations and suggestions to management to prevent future events
  • you will work independently and think outside the realms of traditional Health and Safety procedures, with the confidence and capability to ensure employees and managers are on board with company changes
