Responsibility
- take a pro-active role in collection of debt from both current and former Mortgage Advisers via telephone calls, letters and emails through to Litigation and negotiate and set up payment plans where applicable
- any other Adhoc duties as required
- maintain a weekly reconciliation of liability for Advisers who have resigned their position and calculate changes for Commission payments where necessary
