Requirements

  • previous experience as a Care Co-ordinator is essential
  • experience of Rota Management in domiciliary and Electronic Call Monitoring Systems is essential, as you will be required to undertake Co-ordinating
  • NVQ 3 , in Health and Social Care, essential
  • to be able to undertake Care Co-ordinating
  • to have empathy and understanding
  • to be reliable and willing to work for the best interests of the people we care for
  • to be able to communicate effectively and professionally
  • to be a driver with your own transport
