Responsibility
- managing the retail sales function of the business, working with telesales and marketing function to achieve sales targets
- source and manage customer data
- work with the marketing function to create retention and acquisition campaigns
- account management of retail accounts
- answering inbound telephone calls and dealing with customer enquires / complaints
- processing and allocating orders taken to hand to warehouse operative to dispatch goods
- attend customers meetings and visit key accounts where necessary
- creation of pricing for key accounts
Requirements
- O’Level/GCSE’s or equivalent
- computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft OS
- keeps up to date with developments and demonstrated understanding of company policy, procedures and systems relating to their own specialized area
- desirable: 1 year + experience in business development or similar role
- technical knowledge and expertise: Builds specialised knowledge and technical capability to deliver to high standards
