- main duties
- assist and deal with CQC registration requirements
- assist with protocols and standard operating procedures
- perform regular audit
- promptly respond to all written and verbal queries from CQC
- identifying improvements to working practices and assessing processes to improve efficiency
- the newest private ultrasound clinic have a vacancy for a flexible, part time practice manager to assist with setting up the service and manage it in the long term
Requirements
- excellent attention to detail & strong understanding and respect for confidentiality
- excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively across all client groups/stakeholders
- self-motivated with ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
- highly organised and detail orientated
- extensive experience in managing in healthcare setting
- medical Practice Management: 1 year
