Responsibility
- ensure all transactions entered on QuickBooks for clients are accurate and deadlines met each month
- we run the health and wellbeing programmes for many of the largest corporate organisations in the UK
- liaising with Client’s Portal providers to ensure all invoices entered timelyand accurately under correct PO
- our offices are close to Burgess Hill station and free car parking is offered
- we are looking for a highly motivated and effective Credit Controller to join our Finance team. As a Credit Controller you are responsible for all aspects of credit control including managing client payments, statements and collection letters
- collaborate with the Account Managers, to identify invoicing or payment issues and collection process.•Creating a project on Capsule at the appropriate stages for action by account managers regarding creditcontrol matters for clients
- incorpore Limited, is part of the Epassi Group a multi national wellbeing company based in Burgess Hill with the vision to create a fitter, happier, and more productive UK workforce, now and for future generations
- collaborate with the Account Managers, to make sure all Client Master Data is up to date
