Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • work with Sales Director to document the status of all new and developing leads
  • translate all data accurately and timely into the CRM system
  • create weekly sales reports on pipeline
  • work with Account team to ensure sales materials are created in a timely manner for meetings and presentations
  • to answer, and respond to, customer enquiries efficiently, effectively and appropriately in accordance with defined processes and procedures
  • be the first point of contact for customers
  • creating and developing sales opportunities and new orders
  • maintaining a healthy/current pipeline with frequent customer follow-ups
