Responsibility

  • we are recruiting for an experienced painter and decorator site foreman to oversee a large residential refurbishment in Peterborough City Centre
  • the role will include site supervision skills
  • the project will be overseen by a contracts manager who will attend site 2-3 times per week, but this advertised role will include general day to day supervision / management of other trades as required and to assist the overall management of the project
  • outside of the site supervision, the role will also include typical painting duties such as preparation works, filling, making good as required, general painting as well as overseeing other decorators and ensure all works are carried out to a good standard, completed within programme etc
