Responsibility
be the first point of contact for Guyson customers
manage customer relationships through the use of the Guyson CRM and ERP systems
discuss, provide advice and upsell to customers on the features/uses/maintenance/ operation of Guyson equipment, spare parts and services
generate and follow up leads, issue quotation and liaise with new and existing Guyson customers
manage customer orders through receipt, acknowledgement, processing, invoicing and follow up
maintain required company records and data in conjunction with our accounts for auditing as well as our obligations under ISO
assist customers in resolving queries, liaising with our Service Team where needed, including managing the return of goods, credit and reimbursement where required
to promote, advise on and sell Guyson equipment, spare parts, consumables and services to Guyson customers and distributors around the world. To administrate and manage those sales from initial contact to delivery and beyond
Requirements
accurate keyboard skills, computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems
good verbal and written communication skills
interest in engineering applications, but full training will be given
would suit anyone looking for a career working for in a manufacturing engineering environment in a customer facing role
this is a permanent position, subject to a 3 month trial period
monday to Thursday - 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
friday - 8.30 am to 2.30 pm
with a half hour lunch break each day
