  • provide a visible security presence to deter potential threats and maintain a safe environment
  • respond to emergency situations and make quick decisions
  • conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and integrity of the facility, identifying and addressing any breaches or risks
  • your main role is to access control and assisting the head caretaker
  • monitor premises through CCTV cameras and promptly respond to any suspicious activities or alarms
  • ensure that guests are safe and secure
  • control access points and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises

Requirements

  • strong observational skills with the ability to quickly assess situations and take appropriate action
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
  • proficiency in operating CCTV systems and familiarity with security equipment
  • ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, exercising good judgment and decision-making skills
  • physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • A professional demeanour with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a high level of integrity

  • proven experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates

Education

  • we have openings for 2 experienced female security officers to join our team in Crowthorne in January 2023
  • we are looking for 3 x SIA license holder security officers, who could be available to start from 06th February 2023
  • the ideal candidate needs to be well groomed, responsible, and reliable
  • the individual must have an excellent communication skill, both written and verbal are essential
  • applicants must be able to provide a 5-year checkable history for both work and address since from 2017
  • customer focused approach and attention to detail is needed
  • the applicant must have a valid SIA license
  • this is a daytime role from Monday to Friday, 7am-7pm
