Responsibility
stock Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and supplies. Notify the senior chefs when items need to be replenished
food Preparation: Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of dishes, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces and garnishes
cooking Techniques: Learn and apply various cooking techniques, such as grilling, frying, boiling, steaming, and baking, under the supervision of the senior chefs
