diplomacy and tact are essential requirements as the post holder will have access to a wide range of confidential and sensitive information, and will be responsible for the security of that information, acting responsibly, and treating matters with the strict confidentiality
Responsibility
to respond to all communication in a confidential and prompt manner
manage Director’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and rescheduling as and when necessary
liaise with HQ to ensure all Group/Company meetings, deadlines and important events are included in the Director’s annual planning
to act as the confidential, first point of contact on behalf of the Director and liaise with both internal and external contacts at all levels when necessary
secretarial support to keep related files updated
responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Ashford office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently
organization of professional and personal travelling for Director and senior management for optimal time and travel management
monitoring of pending issues and tasks ensuring appropriate prioritization. Assisting Director when required to ensure completion in a timely manner, preparing any documents/reports/letters/presentations needed
