Responsibility
- working with the Project Team to deliver business critical projects in a timely and coherent fashion adhering to company policies
- management of your own personal support ticket & project queue, ensuring tickets are closed within SLA
- provide consistent and coherent business-like updates and ensure ongoing customer communication is maintained to best manage customer expectations
- escalation of tickets to Senior Engineer, CTO and wider Leadership Team as necessary
- to work as part of a close-knit and highly skilled team of Engineers
- provide excellent customer service
- supporting the Senior Infrastructure Engineer and CTO, along with the 2nd Line team in resolving more complex customer technical support requests
- work with other internal teams
Requirements
- essential
- demonstrably high levels of networking skills and knowledge
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner
- experience using Datto RMM and Autotask PSA systems
- eager to learn new skills and invest in personal development
- previous MSP experience
- experience in supporting highly regulated industries
