Requirements
- mechanical or Refrigeration engineer with a qualification to HNC or higher in a relevant discipline
- min 3 years’ experience in this sector as sales engineer or sales management with a proven track record of success
- self-driven / autonomous and ready to work with Teams in remote mode
- customer facing skills to effectively communicate our vision to a wide variety of technical and executive audiences
- high technical competency and strong sales orientation
- proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- intercultural competence, organisational skills, ability to work in a team
- ability to achieve good work results even under time pressure
Responsibility
- identify and develop new contacts in UK and Ireland
- maintain and nurture existing customers in these same markets through regular face-to-face meetings
- this role is seen primarily as an external role
- demonstrate selection software to customers, encourage its universal adoption and provide ongoing training
- assist in the successful delivery of orders through clear communication of the project requirements to the sales technical support team
- ensure CRM package remains relevant and maintain the necessary sales records on local servers
- through weekly attendance in the local office develop close working relationships with sales technical support teams
- participate in local sales meetings, communicating market activity and identifying common sales tasks for the team
