Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- 3D modelling of manufactured products such as CleanCubes and ISOPODs
- 3D modelling of technically difficult concepts that need clear and careful spatial planning, like congested void spaces with utility runs
- adoption and implementation of Revit and production of designs in this new format
- all work produced applying the correct design principles, Level of Detail and using appropriate drawing standards and design principles
- working with the Commercial department to produce early-stage concept designs
- 2D Drawing production in AutoCAD of RIBA Stage 3 designs as per the Guardtech RIBA framework for all client projects, Including General Arrangements, Elevations, Sectional Plans and additional layouts
- identifying potential issues with designs where they deviate from design principles or present technical challenges and overcoming with solution focussed approach
- 2D Drawing production of RIBA Stage 4 & 5 Design deliverables as per the Guardtech RIBA framework for projects assigned, Including review and delivery of all design deliverables outlined within the relevant commercial proposal
