Responsibility
- lead product and process-related improvement activities and projects
- responsible for project managing 8D investigations and taking full ownership of the root cause analysis
- work with internal stakeholders to identify solutions to address the route cause issues and ensure agreed improvements are actioned
- review the business KPI’s and work with internal stakeholders to identify and embed actionable changes to drive improved performance
- positively and proactively source affordable, effective and practical solutions to business process or product issues
- coordinate the benefits of the Improvement projects in partnership with Finance to capture and verify true savings
- work in close partnership with the Design team to embed lessons learned and improvements into new products
- support the development and implementation of Industry 4.0 practices
