- provide technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance
- respond to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions
- happy and comfortable to do necessary reporting and administration

Requirements
- IT Degree qualified or equivalent preferred
- working within a school/education sector would be advantageous
- excellent working knowledge of windows servers such as SQL, VM & Exchange
