Responsibility

  • provide technical support, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance
  • respond to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions
  • happy and comfortable to do necessary reporting and administration
  • proven track record of problem resolutions
  • takes ownership for obtaining the information required to diagnose and resolve more complex problems. Engages with third parties to jointly resolve in-depth product issues where necessary

Requirements

  • IT Degree qualified or equivalent preferred
  • working within a school/education sector would be advantageous
  • excellent working knowledge of windows servers such as SQL, VM & Exchange
  • good working knowledge of major networking components, networking operating systems and basic configuration and maintenance
  • dynamics 365 experience preferred but not required
  • experience in offering support for Microsoft 365 applications
  • microsoft certifications would be advantageous
  • at least 2 years’ experience working in an IT support environment covering a number of different technical areas as a 1st or 2nd line technician
