Requirements

  • proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • prior use of Sage Accounting Software
  • bookkeeping: 1 year
  • strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibility

  • production of weekly payment schedules to ensure everyone is kept up to date
  • issuing of invoices/credit notes
  • chase up outstanding payments once a month
  • daily customer invoicing
