Responsibility
- evaluate the commercial viability of opportunities with the Directors
- conduct research and obtaining client intelligence for use in submissions
- monitor and circulate tender clarifications issued
- produce written responses to quality questions
- ensuring costs are completed by the relevant person to adhere to tender return deadlines
- ensuring tenders are submitted via the correct submission route
- review feedback on bids, conducting debriefs on successful and unsuccessful bids, leading lessons learnt sessions
- disseminate bid promises into operational actions for the delivery team on work won
Requirements
- excellent planning and organisational skills to meet specific deadlines
- highly literate to write winning tender submissions
- the ability to choose the most appropriate style of communication
- able to communicate effectively with those at all levels
- previous experience in a similar role is required
- experience of using Indesign desirable but not essential
- able to work in a Hybrid role
