- BSc Hons, HNC or Equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
- CIAT Membership or equivalent professional body
- revit proficient/certified
- experience of Cobie data an advantage
- detailing and Building Regulation knowledge essential
- knowledge of NBS
- experience of working collaboratively as part of a team
- strong communication and project management skills
Responsibility
- producing a wide range of working drawing packages
- contribute to planning applications and other regulatory application procedures
- lead the detailed design process and coordinate design information
- liaise with appropriate authorities when producing documentation for statutory approval
- carry out design-stage risk assessments
- administer contracts and project certifications
- appraise the performance of buildings which are in use and produce maintenance management information
