  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who is able to prioritise their workload, with excellent attention to detail
  • taking phone calls and emails regarding ongoing / new projects
  • providing customer service on any inbound or outbound calls/emails
  • chase existing quotations that require feedback
  • working with the Project co-ordinators to resolve customer queries
  • ensuring a high level of professionalism is maintained throughout busy periods
  • the successful candidate will have an important role dealing with the current workload, but also being the first point of contact for new business
