Responsibility

  • monitoring labour usage, materials usage, finished goods
  • ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all production reconciliation
  • ensure Oracle and associated databases are maintained accurately
  • deliver consistent training and assessment to all Associates in line with business needs & maintain relevant trackers
  • develop new SSOW, SOP’s, reviewing and revising current material
  • deliver in house training courses to an agreed timescale and standards
  • carry out induction training for all new starters, including manual handling, H&S, personal, site & hygiene rules
  • carry out all reviews in line with the business plan including new starters & 6 monthly reviews
