Responsibility
- manage the procurement of produce and supplier relationships, ensuring they align with our core values and sustainable principles
- manage the ordering, delivery, receipt and invoicing of stock from D2C and retail
- assist in managing our stock, including the monitoring of stock levels, ensuring our stock system is accurate, and minimising wastage
- assist the operations team in accurate forecasting
- assist with Quality Control of fresh inbound deliveries and proactively resolving any issues
- drive continuous improvement efforts by recommending changes, testing new processes, and implementing updates
- oversee our 3PL partner to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment of customer orders
- resolve any unforeseen problems as they arise within the overall packing and fulfilment operation
