senior developer
Responsibility
- provides tool or process solutioning recommendations to customer, as needed
- performs operational administrative tasks, as needed
- configures and develops on the VAs instance of ServiceNow including routine changes or configuration adjustments as directed by the customer
- participates in Continual Service Improvement activities, as required by customer demands
- participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases
- collaborates with other teammates in support of platform consistency and upgradability
- plans and manages meetings to solicit feedback from stakeholders, as needed
- participates in Agile and SAFe® ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value
Requirements
- candidate can be from any location but need to support on Canadian time zone. Position is Remote
- experience developing test scripts and plans
- candidate must be able to handle a fast paced environment and multitask
- experience working on an agile team
- LDAP/Active Directory knowledge
- minimum of 7 years hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances is required
- familiarity with LAN rev or a comparable lifecycle management platform is a plus
- bachelor s degree in a Technical or Business field
