Responsibility

  • manage cellar operations, including layout optimization, line cleaning schedules, and stock management
  • comply with company Health & Safety policies
  • fulfill other reasonably required duties determined by the directors
  • manage stock effectively, monitor costs, and implement loss investigation and control measures
  • systems Management: Collaborate with the Head of Operations to optimize operational systems, including POS and payment processing
  • stakeholder Engagement: Attend meetings to discuss progress, policies, strategies, events, and other operational matters. Liaise with bar suppliers regarding deliveries and address issues promptly
  • work with the team to reconcile financial transactions and report accurately and timely
