Responsibility

  • managing busy telephone lines and scheduling appointments
  • handling email correspondence and client queries with care
  • processing payments, managing stock, and assisting with account and insurance queries
  • ensuring the practice remains clean, organised, and well-stocked
  • providing administrative support and, occasionally, assisting the clinical team with animal handling during consultations
  • position mainly based at Witham branch but will need to cover all branches, mainly late shifts but will be a mixture

  • we have an exciting new graduate veterinary surgeon opportunity at Clifton Lodge Veterinary Group
  • we are a small animal practice with 12,000 clients therefore there is plenty of interesting medical and surgical cases
  • we have close links with surrounding practices with specialist vets, overnight care, and more advanced equipment
  • we also have a visiting vet who comes to the practices to perform and teach advanced ultrasound
  • we encourage case continuity for both the patient’s benefit and the vets to be able to see cases through
