Requirements
- A thorough knowledge of global E&C insurance products, markets, claims practices and operations
- demonstrable extensive experience in E&C claims, preferably across multiple geographies
- experience with a global insurance company
- A degree educated professional
- at least ten years experience of E&C claims management across varied product lines and distribution channels
- demonstrable experience in progressive Claim solutions
- commercially focused with a sound understanding of business models, product and distribution strategies
- data and technology literate with strong analytical skills
Responsibility
- the primary purpose of this role is to lead the strategy development and execution of Energy & Constructio Claims management within Everest Insurance International across the UK & Ireland, Europe, Asia, and Pacific regions, with direct management of UK & Ireland claims
- ensure that the E&C Claims Strategy and Operating Models are fully aligned with business needs, plans and priorities, partnering with underwriting leadership
- provide support to product development and profitability
- keep leadership and the HR department apprised of any HR issues that arise, including any disciplinary actions that may be necessary
