Responsibility

  • contracts Manager will report directly to the Commercial Manager, whilst working closely with the team, to provide brand innovation and development
  • management of construction worker management system to monitor and manage jobs
  • meeting planned project targets
  • setting attainable work schedules for the construction team
  • ensuring all projects are completed within the time restraints and in line with protocol
  • monitoring construction teams job allocation and time management
  • we’re recruiting an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to Project Manage Construction and fit out projects across the South East of England
  • making regular contact with the customers and performing site inspections
