liaising with local professionals in each country to ensure annual accounts, payroll, etc are processed in compliance with local laws
working closely with senior staff at both sites to ensure budgets and cash flow forecasts are accurate and well understood
to produce and be responsible for accurate monthly management accounts in line with the required timescales
to oversee the payment of weekly and monthly payroll for both sites
work closely with Bank relationship Managers and prepare reconciliations as required
to work closely with external auditors for both customers and statutory filings to meet group reporting deadlines and statutory filings
to work with external tax advisors to ensure timely delivery of annual tax returns, and VAT submissions
to develop and coach direct reports to improve overall finance team processing and relationships with the rest of the business
to ensure system usage is accurate and to help develop systems processes within the business
