Responsibility

  • groundworks Direct Ltd are looking for a new experienced Site Supervisor / Manager to join an ever growing business
  • liaising with the clients, suppliers, head office and operatives / contractors
  • ensuring that no work commences on site until all Health & Safety documentation is in place
  • ensuring that the project is tidy and well presented throughout the construction process
  • to ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments are in place
  • providing leadership and support to operatives, sub-contractors and head office
  • expedite materials and information release from design team
  • working closely with the Company’s Project Quantity Surveyor, providing the necessary input to allow the Quantity Surveyor to formulate the application for payment
